Introduction

Luxury Hotel Training provides a thorough assessment of your current revenue management processes, and the Revenue Management culture currently in operation within your individual hotel or group.

LHT Health Check will cover:

  • Audit your existing Revenue Management business processes
  • How you benchmark alongside your competitor set
  • Your marketing and sales activities and how they integrate with your revenue management activities
  • Your reservations and guest management processes
  • Your channel management and distribution capabilities
  • How you manage hotel content across key distribution channels
  • Your website capabilities
  • The technology and service providers: Internet booking engine, GDS providers and other representation companies / partners.
  • Meeting with the hotels revenue team to discuss current strategies and procedures
  • Reservations and front office teams and the marketing department.
  • Meeting reservations and reception staff.
  • Observing the reservation / sales office processes during working hours.

LHT will provide:

  • Analysis of your current revenue position through existing data analysis and team interviews
  • An evaluation of the current revenue management practices in place
  • Business process evaluation to determine the processes which need to be introduced to achieve future growth – these could be revenue marketing or sales activities
  • A detailed report on the current situation with revenue generating recommendations on how revenue management could improve both revenue and profitability.
